If someone wish to help someone who is House-bound/bedridden/ OKU to apply MyKad (IC, Identity Card, Kad Pengenalan), following is the things you need to do:
1. Get the birth cert of the person ;
2. Make a letter to Bahagian Kad Pengenalan of Jabatan Pendaftaran Negera in nearest area to request officer to register the person from the house;
3. Prepare photos for IC application purpose. IC shall be colour BUT in white background.
